Shaina & David: Wedding at The Ryland Inn

Close to a year ago I met Shaina and David for their engagement shoot on Governor’s Island, where they became engaged. Almost two weeks ago I had the pleasure of capturing their marriage and I could not have been more delighted both to photograph and witness the union of these two. Shaina and David’s days started out with receiving gifts from one another. David’s gift for Shaina was a WOW moment when Shaina was told to open a message on her phone - a message / blessing from non other than Bethenney Frankel was sent just for Shaina from David. Not sure how David managed to get that message but it was definitely worth the effort and certainly great to capture Shaina’s raw emotion. Together in a Jewish ceremony the two wed at the beautiful Ryland Inn. Thereafter food and dancing were aplenty - including a late night food truck with hamburgers & fries and dare I say it a donut wall!!!
