Katie & Dan's Wedding & Tea Ceremony

Katie & Dan were married in a two part ceremony over Labor Day weekend. A Chinese tea ceremony kicked off their love union where tea and advice/ well wishes were exchanged with close family and friends. Jewelry and gifts were also give in traditional Chinese red envelopes and red was also worn by Katie (red symbolizes good luck in the Chinese culture). The following day Katie & Dan had their American wedding at the amazing venue 632 on Hudson. The interior of 632 is off the charts with guests lining the four story tiered staircase which looks down onto the ground floor where the couple was wed. Tears were shed in a heartfelt ceremony with vows written by each couple. From there Katie and Dan danced the night away. So very honored to capture this special Chinese/American wedding and beyond happy for these two soulmates :).
