Baking with Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar

I started watching Chef's Table season 4 and the first episode featured Momofuku Milk Bar Owner Christina Tosi.  5 years ago I shot a baking class Christina ran at Milk Bar's main bakery in Williamsburg and was able to photograph Christina creating her signature B'day truffles and corn-flake infused recipes.  At the time Milk Bar's Williamsburg location had recently opened and I was not stranger to Milk Bar's signature Birthday Cake - I was however stranger to the chef behind this yummy creation.

The same spirited, down-to-earth, and happy personality I remember photographing 5 years ago is portrayed in the Chef's Table documentary.  I enjoyed learning about Christina's rise to Milk Bar Boss Stardom and how smart, hardworking and genuine she is.  Thanks to Christina for doing what makes you happiest, living out your dream, and keeping sugar in my diet ;)
